By collecting tokens cut from the sleeves of 'Dreggredation' and 'Coastal Command' fans can claim a 3rd LP 'Tablets of Linear B’ for free. (If people want the free LP, they have to cut the two tokens off of the sleeve of these two albums and post them into DG to claim their free copy, really!)

Through these abridged popular classics and examples from the Histories, The Spartan Dreggs elevate mere popular music-making to a level equal - and adjacent to - high art. Some may find the didactic of these Spartanists quite informal, others may chide them for their high sentiments, but we assure the listener that signifying proper literature with love is no simpleton's textbook. After all, recognising foolishness across the epochs is no small answer to life's obstinate mysteries.So, be inspired by the harsh melodies and right-sounding notes of Dreggredation and the imagination will flower as a dog rose, leaving the listener emboldened sufficiently to see that she is already whole and complete and in no need of action or 'doing'. Furthermore, should the aforementioned listener accept The Spartan Dreggs' rendering of The Rage of Achilles - an epic of manifold marvel and wonder - they may perchance see how it is possible to move beyond impotence and invent a new and entirely original form from old worn robes and shards of ancient ceramic. Likewise, though Tablets of Linear B (formerly The Siege of Thebes) may upon first encounter appear to offer nothing but 'a glove in the face of the most stalwart Spartanist', be assured the artist known as The Spartan Dreggs would never serve as supper what the hungry traveller's stomach could not with practice, learn to tolerate and eventually grow to love.
